就业是最大的民生,促进残疾人就业、保障残疾人的劳动权利是衡量全面建成小康社会的重要指标。本文在分析全球及国内残疾人就业现状的基础上,提出了当前我国残疾人就业在就业结构矛盾、就业服务精准性、就业歧视以及残疾人自身心理因素等方面存在的问题。同时对新中国成立以来,我国促进残疾人就业的政策按时间序列进行梳理,并且从劳动力供给、需求以及供求匹配三个方面对当前我国促进残疾人就业政策的创新性做法进行总结和分析。
<<Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people. Promotingemployment of the disabled and safeguarding their rights to work are importantindicators to measure the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the employment of the disabled in the world and in China,this paper puts forward some problems in the employment of the disabled in China,such as the contradiction of employment structure,the accuracy of employment services,employment discrimination and the psychological factors of the disabled. At the same time,we sorted out China’s policies to promote the employment of the disabled in accordance with the time series since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and summarized and analyzed the innovative approaches to promote the employment of the disabled in China from the three aspects of labor supply,demand and supply and demand matching.
