A one year later follow-up survey of 1195 entrepreneurs shows that 65.2% of start-ups are in a state of maintenance and development，2.6% of entrepreneurs change their programs，and 32.2% of entrepreneurs give up entrepreneurship. There are different Entrepreneurship retention rates among different groups. In view of some problems that easily lead to entrepreneurship failure，we need to strengthen the guidance and support for entrepreneurship，increase the support for entrepreneurship，enhance the pertinence of entrepreneurship policies and services，and strengthen the protection and secondary support for entrepreneurship failure.
