<<Based on the development status and trends of the human resources service industry，this paper analyzes its contribution to the direct employment and indirect employment of the society. From the Reform and Opening-up policy until now，China’s human resources service industry has been growing steadily，who has provided a large number of jobs and talented persons for the society and enterprises. According to the statistics，China’s human resources service enterprises have helped more than 200 million people to find a job. With the development of industry policy，society，economy and new technology，China’s human resources service industry gets a great opportunity for development nowadays.
