本文从公共就业服务理论和政策依据入手,对浙江省两年来“最多跑一次”改革在人力资源和社会保障领域的实施现状及取得的主要成效进行分析,认为“最多跑一次”已撬动人社改革初显成效。在剖析杭州、金华等地区在“最多跑一次”公共就业服务典型经验做法的基础上,重点聚焦省级公共就业服务“最多跑一次”项目的整合现状、面临难点问题以及优化方向,进而提出探索推进浙江“最多跑一次”公共就业服务建设深度发展需要创新服务内容方式、深度挖掘数据价值和突出改革重点任务等七个方面的对策建议。
<<Starting from the theory and policy basis of public employment services,this report analyzes the implementation status and main achievements of the “maximum run once” reform in the field of human social security in Zhejiang Province,and believes that “running at most once” has already shaken people’s social reform.
