China’s employment reform and development have always been in line with economic and social development in the different stages of the past 40 years. It has roughly gone through three stages. They are the initial stage of reform and opening up，the stage of establishing and improving of the socialist market economic system and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In view of the employment situation and major contradictions in different periods，we should be realistic and adhere to the people-centered value position，always give priority to employment in economic and social development，constantly innovate，enrich and improve employment policies and employment policies，so as to realize the long-term sustained stability of the employment situation，the continuous expansion of employment scale，the continuous optimization of employment structure and the continuous improvement of policies and service systems.
