China-EU relations are one of the most important bilateral relations in the world. Based on the national opinion poll data of the Chinese and American people’s world outlooks from the Institute of National Communication Strategy （INCS），Huazhong University of Science and Technology 2017-2018，this study investigates the image of four major European countries in the ways of China-EU relations，the European affairs and politics，economy，science and technology，military and so on multi-dimensional evaluation. The research shows that the Chinese public has a positive overall evaluation of the four countries，and a positive evaluation of the process of European integration and the prospect of China EU cooperation. At the same time，the evaluation of German’s political，economic and technological power is the most positive，and the cognition of different dimensions of national image is affected by national impression.
