The development of urban-rural integration is a new form of regional economic development in China in the new era，and a major decision made at the 19th National Congress of the CPC. In recent years，Wugang City attaches great importance to urban-rural integrated development in its economic and social development. Guided by the new urbanization construction，Wugang City takes rural revitalization and industry-city integration as the main driving force，and rapidly promotes urban-rural integrated development by vigorously developing the whole region tourism and taking advantage of the good opportunities of henan province’s hundred cities construction and quality improvement project.
