The relationship between urban and rural areas is an important part of the development of human society. New urbanization and Rural Revitalization are fundamentally complementary and interdependent. The development of rural areas can not be separated from the radiation and drive of cities，and the development of cities can not lack the promotion and support of rural areas. New urbanization and Rural Revitalization are mutually beneficial. However，the imbalance of urban and rural development is the biggest imbalance of development in China. As a traditional agricultural province，the task of new urbanization and rural revitalization is also heavy. How to promote the strategy of new urbanization and Rural Revitalization as a whole and accelerate the integration of urban and rural development has become an important issue to be considered.
