Based on the essential connotation and development requirements of urban-rural integration development，the report builds a comprehensive evaluation index system for urban-rural integration development from the perspectives of economic integration，social integration，life integration，infrastructure integration and population integration. It used the Order Relationship Analysis（ORA）and Weighted Arithmetic Average model（WAA） to systematically evaluate and analyze the urban-rural integration development in regions of Henan Province. And it also used ArcGIS to visualize the level of urban-rural integration development in various regions of Henan Province. The evaluation result showed that the overall development of urban-rural integration in Henan Province is at a medium low level. To this end，we must focus on building a balanced and coordinated urban-rural spatial pattern，building a free-flowing urban-rural factor allocation，building a multi-development modern industrial system，building a common urban-rural shared service，in order to promote urban-rural integration to a higher level and higher quality.
