Based on Esping-Andersen and related scholars’ theories of welfare state system，this paper mainly introduces the long-term care financing system and service system of the liberal welfare state model（taking Britain as an example），the corporatist welfare state model（taking Germany as an example），the social democratic welfare state model（taking Finland as an example），and the East Asian welfare state model（Japan and Korea as an example）. And try to summarize the international experience in the construction of long-term care financing system and service system in welfare countries，and it gives some inspiration to China in establishing long-term care financing and service system.
