This report compares the development status of elderly homes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，the staff status of elderly homes and the development status of key cities and regional elderly homes. There are may be nine challenges in the coordinated development of elderly homes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. In the future，elderly homes need to pay attention to the following issues，which include data collection and sharing，the space for the development of elderly homes，the direction of the development of elderly homes’ policies，the formulation and implementation of policy，the joint participation of the three governments.
