This report combing fifty-nine policy documents on elderly homes in Beijing since 2000，compares the construction land，construction subsidy，operation subsidy，loan subsidy，personnel and talent support policy，preferential accommodation for special elderly in elderly homes，comprehensive liability insurance，public private construction，star rating and other practices in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei，analyses the highlights of elderly homes policies in metropolis. Finally，some thoughts are put forward on the future of the elderly homes in Beijing and the coordinated development of the elderly homes in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei.
