IP是品牌经济发展的重要抓手,地理标志是区域经济发展的最重要IP,江苏省在地理标志品牌发展方面面临着巨大的机遇。本文从IP的内涵、地理标志的特殊IP属性入手,细致分析江苏省地理标志品牌IP化发展的机遇,通过梳理江苏省地理标志资源,剖析地理标志品牌IP化发展存在的主要问题,提出以专业协会及合作社为抓手,以科研机构为外脑,以公共服务平台为依托,以司法监管为基础,以人才培育为切入点等IP化发展的对策。
<<IP is an important starting point for the development of brand economy,and geographical indications (GI) are the most important IP for regional economic development. Jiangsu Province faces huge opportunities in the development of GI brands. This paper starts with the connotation of IP and the special IP attributes of GI,analyzes the opportunities for IP development of GI brands in Jiangsu Province and the main problems of IP development in detail by sorting out GI resources. Suggestions are proposed that government should take professional associations and cooperatives as the countermeasures,take scientific research institutions as the outer brain,rely on public service platforms and judicial supervision,and take talent cultivation as the entry point.
