    2018年大米地理标志品牌发展报告

    摘要

    中国是亚洲稻作农业的重要发祥地,稻谷在我国的发展可追溯到7000年以前。稻谷是我国第一大粮食作物,播种面积最大、单产最高、总产最多,在粮食生产和消费中历来处于主导地位。自20世纪改革开放后,我国稻米在生产和流通上都得到了很大的发展。随着地理标志品牌建设的兴起,五常大米、方正大米、射阳大米、宁夏大米等优质大米品牌崭露头角,并迅速占领大米市场,实现了经济效益的增长。但在品牌发展过程中仍存在市场假冒产品增多、国内大米加工程度低、营销策略仍需改进等问题,需进一步建立品牌防伪可追溯体系,完善大米质量安全体系,塑造大米品牌文化。

    Abstract

    China is an important birthplace of paddy rice farming in Asia,and the development of paddy rice in our country can be traced back to 7000 years ago. Paddy rice is the largest food crop in China,which has the largest planting area and total output,and the highest yield. Besides,it has always been a dominant player in food production and consumption. Since the reform and opening-up in the 20th century,China’s rice production has developed greatly. Simultaneously,with the rise of GI brand building,high-quality rice brands such as Wuchang Rice,Fangzheng Rice,Sheyang Rice,and Ningxia Rice have emerged,and they have quickly occupied the rice market,achieving great economic growth. However,in the process of brand development,there are still problems such as the increase of counterfeit products in the market,the low level of domestic rice processing,and the marketing strategy still need to be improved. It is necessary to further establish a brand anti-counterfeiting traceability system,improve the rice quality safety system,and shape the rice brand culture.
