    西南地区地理标志品牌发展报告(2009~2018)

    摘要

    西南地区农、林、牧、副及多种轻工业发达,经济发展较快,为地理标志品牌的发展提供了天然的温床与一定的有利条件。本报告在分析西南地区地理标志品牌发展概况的基础上,遴选了西南地区农业、工业以及文化地理标志品牌十强,并进一步针对该区域内发展较好的地理标志典型品牌和典型区域——郫县豆瓣和四川省展开了案例分析,总结其成功经验及不足之处。通过分析,发现西南地区地理标志品牌发展过程中存在宣传力度有待加大,申报注册数量仍偏少、地标产品单一,产品附加值开发不够、营销模式单一,市场优势未充分发挥等问题。最后,本报告提出了加强政府调控、组建行业协会、加强中外交流、提升品牌效应等政策建议。

    Abstract

    In southwest China,developed agriculture,forestry,livestock,deputy and a variety of light industries as well as rapid economic development provide a natural hotbed and certain favorable conditions for the development of geographical indication (GI) brands. Based on the analysis of the development of GI brands in the southwest region,this report selects the top 10 agricultural,industrial and cultural GI in this area,and further targets typical GI brands and regions that have developed well. Pixian County Bean Paste and Sichuan Province are chosen to be targetedly studied to sum up the successful experience and deficiencies. Through analysis,it is found that there are some existing problems,such as needing greater publicity in the development of GI brands;the number of applications for registration is still small,and the landmark products are single.;the added value of products is not sufficiently developed,and the marketing model is single;the market advantages are not fully utilized as well. Finally,this report puts forward policy recommendations,such as strengthening government regulation,forming industry associations,heightening Chinese-foreign exchanges,and enhancing brand effectiveness.
