Social development cannot be possible without cultural advancement. As an important part of social ideology，culture plays an important role in promoting the construction of spiritual civilization and culture and arts. Therefore，it is particularly necessary to promote the popularization of culture and arts for all in this new era of socialism. Under such circumstances，starting from the content of culture and arts，the research makes a detailed exploration of art popularization carried out by the Zhengzhou Cultural Center in the new era，focusing on analyzing the main content and overall significance of such work，as well as effective ways of further improving it. This research can hopefully provide some theoretical basis for art popularization in Zhengzhou.
