The education aspect has achieved outstanding results for the development of cultural enterprise in 2018，while certain results have been attained in the overall promotion of culture，including the completion of consultation regarding the protection and management plan for the Historic Centre of Macau and the launch of public consultation on the second batch of determination of tangible cultural heritage. Support for the cultural industry initiatives and cultural activities have also been provided. However，the cultural industry has experienced a slowdown in 2018. Large-scale investment is needed to promote the industrialization process. Although practitioners in the cultural industry has reached more than 10，000 after years of development，its output value remains far from reaching the formation of an industry by substance.
