回归后,澳门经济社会发展取得了长足的进步和巨大的成就。“一国两制”事业在澳门取得了空前的成功。澳门成为“一国两制”成功实践的热土。不过,在经济快速发展的同时,澳门雇员劳动权益保障与发展状况却未能跟上经济社会发展步伐,难以回应广大雇员对于享受优质生活的合理期待。因劳动法律法规滞后、不健全,雇员劳动权益受损的情况亦较为严重。因此,特区政府须尽快完善各项劳动法律法规,全面加强雇员劳动权益法律保障,达到与自身发展相适宜的劳动权益保障水平,以促进经济社会的可持续发展。
<<Macau’s economy and society has reached far-reaching progress and achievement after Reunification. The cause of “One Country,Two Systems” has achieved unprecedented success in Macau. In the meantime,the guarantee of labour rights is not in pace with the social and economic development,making it difficult to respond to the reasonable desire of the employees to enjoy a better quality of life. The lagging in progress of labour legislation revisions,the defects of such legislation and unfair treatment of employees are relatively serious. It is therefore necessary for the Special Administrative Region government to perfect all labour laws and regulations and to fully enhance the legal guarantee of the employees’ labour rights. The level of guarantee correspondent to Macau’s development should be established,in order to promote a sustainable economic and social development.
