After illustrating the necessity of cyberspace law-enforcement supervision，the report focuses on Chinese practices，particularly，Zhejiang’s explorations，accompanied with the history of the Internet development and the establishment of Internet regulations by the central and local governments. Additionally，the report clarifies current situation of cyberspace law-enforcement supervision in Zhejiang by a detailed examination on law enforcement agencies，their authorities，and the relevant institutions. After that，the report identifies the difficulties in cyberspace law-enforcement supervision and puts forward several suggestions.
