Despite its rapid development and remarkable results，ODR platforms in China still faces some problems，such as the conflict between data protection and sharing，lack of relevant systems，poor intelligent mediation and incomplete charging mechanism in the field of mediation. In order to reflect both the construction and the operation of the ODR platforms in China comprehensively and objectively，to give full play to the driving effect of evaluation indexes，to promote its development，to provide strong supports for the modernization of social governance，and to contribute to the realization of good governance，we have constructed an evaluation index system for the ODR platforms in China from the four dimensions of platform construction，operation，ensurance and data in accordance with the four principles of in pursuance of the law，being objective and neutral，being scientific and rigorous，and being focused. The system consists of 4 primary indexes，16 secondary indexes and 56 tertiary indexes.
