Ningbo Maritime Court innovates and develops “Fengqiao Experience”. Combining with the characteristics of maritime trial，it carries out top-level design to create the connectiing mechanism of fishing area version，industry version and “the belt and road initiative” version. Through setting up mediation center，specialized mediation studio and mediation judges，it strengthens the resolution of conflicts and disputes. However，there are still problems such as inadequate overall coordination，unbalanced work and lack of incentive mechanism. In order to let the “Fengqiao experience” permeate every link of Zhejiang maritime trial and justice，it is necessary to strengthen overall planning and coordination，mobilize the social resources of all sea-related units，port and shipping enterprises and grass-roots communities to participate together，implement funds guarantee，adjust assessment methods and ensure publicity in place，so as to provide effective intellectual support for creating a new situation of diversified settlement of maritime disputes.
