Shenzhen courts have deepened the reform of multi-channeled dispute resolution mechanisms，promoted extensive outreach in many industries，and realized all-round litigation and mediation. Shenzhen’s experience of “diversification + specialization + informatization + gridding + intensification + marketization” has been widely recognized by the society. Shenzhen’s courts in the diversified reform era are characterized by its extensive use of information technology，forming a real ODR mechanism，focusing on improving the business environment，promoting the integration of the rule of law in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and implementing some practices of referential significance.
