In the process of “basically solving the difficulties in enforcement within two to three years”，Jiangxi Provincial High Court has made a comprehensive and objective analysis of the actual situation faced by the province’s enforcement，giving full play to the advantages of information management，taking strengthening the management of implementation as the starting point，using systems to manage cases，using standards and systems to manage people，continuously strengthening the centralized command，management and coordination of the enforcement in the jurisdiction，establishing and perfecting a management system mode that is in line with the actual situation of the province and combines the management of case，matter and personnel，initially forming a new pattern of implementation management with scientific configuration，strict management and strong supervision，effectively strengthening the comprehensive，standardized and informational management of the enforcement in the jurisdiction area，effectively promoting the healthy and rapid development of the enforcement in the province.
