Since the 18^th NCCPC，as an important part in the process of comprehensively deepening the judicial reform，the people’s courts have steadily promoted judicial publicy. Both theoretical exploration and practice have made some gratifying achievements，but bottlenecks such as imperfect mechanism，imperfect platform and incomplete pattern have also been exposed. Therefore，based on the practices of the court，this article analyzes the problems and shortcomings of judicial publicity at this stage on the basis of the law of its development. It also takes this as the starting point to perfect the system of judicial publicity，establish the internal and external service system，improve the systematization of judicial publicity，build a new pattern，and promote the smooth progress of it from rapid growth to high quality development.
