Under the reform of the quota system for judges，there arises some problems in the reform of the assistance affairs for trials，such as unstable teams，unclear affairs and ineffective management and supervision. Through combing and expounding the status quo and exploring the reform practice of trial assistance affairs in Qiannan court，this paper proposes to subdivide the trial assistance personnel and affairs，to purchase social services with regard to people and affairs that can be separated out，to strengthen the management and supervision of outsourcing trial assistance affairs，to raise the trial efficiency to the maximum extent，and to improve the quality and efficiency of the trial.
