    人才环境竞争力与人才环境优化探索——兼谈成都人才环境优化路径

    摘要

    本文通过明晰城市人才环境竞争力的内涵,从经济发展、工作成长、开放包容及生活人居4个维度选取了22个评价指标,构建了城市人才环境竞争力指标体系,对包括成都在内的18个城市的人才环境竞争力进行了综合评价,发现成都在“经济发展环境”和“生活人居环境”维度上表现突出,在“人才成长环境”和“开放包容环境”维度上有所欠缺。通过聚类分析,本文进一步探索成都与样本城市差异及影响因素,并围绕环境的四个维度提出了成都人才环境的优化路径。

    Abstract

    By clarifying the connotation of urban talent environmental competitiveness,this paper selects 22 evaluation indicators from the four dimensions of economic development,job growth,openness and tolerance and living habitat,and builds an indicator system for urban talent environmental competitiveness,including Chengdu. The comprehensive evaluation of the talent environment competitiveness of 18 cities shows that Chengdu has outstanding performance in the dimensions of “economic development environment” and “living environment”,but it lacks development in the dimensions of “talent growth environment” and “open and inclusive environment”. Then through cluster analysis,the differences between Chengdu and the sample cities and their influencing factors are further explored,and the optimization path of Chengdu talent environment is proposed based on the four dimensions of the environment. This paper further explores the differences and influencing factors between Chengdu and the sample cities through cluster analysis,and proposes the optimization path of Chengdu talent environment around the four dimensions of the environment.
