It has achieved a good development situation of sustained stability of the overall social situation，steady economic development，continuous enhancement of market vitality，continuous improvement of people’s livelihood，continuous strengthening of exchanges and contact among all ethnic groups，and overall progress in various undertakings. In 2019，despite facing many difficulties and challenges，having various unstable，uncertain and unpredictable factors，Xinjiang fully implements the eight-character policy of “consolidation，enhancement，promotion and unimpeded”，further improves anti-terrorism and stability-maintaining measures，maintains the high-pressure situation of “three forces”，create a good environment for economic and social development and for the production and life of people of all ethnic groups，and making steady progress towards the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
