As the earliest ethnic minority autonomous region in China，Inner Mongolia has made remarkable achievements after 70 years of development. Especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，Inner Mongolia has actively adapted to the new normal of economic development，actively changed its mode，adjusted its structure，promoted reform，benefited the people’s livelihood，worked hard to improve quality and efficiency，overcome the downward pressure of macroeconomic，base on regional conditions，and people’s feelings，change the mode of development，actively adapt to the new changes in the market，and develop “steadily and steadily” in the economic and social fields. With the joint efforts of autonomous region’s Office of Human Resources and Social Security，the social security work in Inner Mongolia has been carried out steadily，and new progress has been made in all key work. In the field of foreign cooperation，Inner Mongolia has formulated its strategic positioning，construction objectives and overall layout in the construction of “Belt and Road” and national regional cooperation，find gaps，strength weaknesses，make up for shortcomings，actively integrate into the construction of “Belt and Road”，find new opportunities for the development of Inner Mongolia，and build a new platform.
