In recent years，with the deepening of mixed reform ownership of state-owned enterprises，urban investment corporation actively responds to the call of mixed ownership reform by introducing strategic investors. After briefly listing the introduction of strategic investors by urban investment corporation in 2018，this paper summarizes the significance of introducing strategic investors by urban investment corporation under the new situation. Then detailed urban investment company mixed ownership reform path by introducing strategic investors. Taking the introduction of China resources land by TianJin urban investment corporation as an example，it provides experience for other urban investment companies to introduce strategic investors.
