党的十八大以来,随着更加积极、更加开放、更加有效人才政策的深入实施,粤港澳大湾区人才流动日趋便利,人才互动交流日趋频繁,人才协同发展有序推进。但仍存在协同共识和动力不足、战略理念滞后、创新环境欠缺和协同效应递减等问题。推进粤港澳大湾区人才协同发展,需要凝聚共识、共育共享,从加强创新协同机制、强化人文融通、聚焦服务贯通、建设载体平台等方面系统推进,形成协同发展合力,提升粤港澳大湾区人才协同发展效益和水平。
<<Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,thanks to the implementation of more active,more open and more effective talent policies,the flow of talents in Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao is becoming more convenient,the interaction of talents is becoming more frequent,and the coordinated development of talents is progressing in an orderly manner. However,there are still problems such as lack of synergy and motivation,outdated strategic concepts,lack of innovation environment,and a decreasing synergistic effect. To come up with a collaborative driving force and promote the coordinated development of talents in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area,it is necessary to build consensus,share education resources,and enhancing talent collaborative development effect and level through strengthening mechanism of innovation and collaboration,advancing integration of humanistic elements,focusing on free-flow of services,and constructing talents platforms.
