轨道交通设施的规划建设在大都市圈发展中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文根据轨道交通的分类框架,从地域空间和服务受众的角度,将湾区轨道网分为城市线和城际线两大类;并梳理了三大片区的城市线和城际线开通运营、建设和规划情况。2018年以来,湾区轨道交通发生了一系列变化:城市线受国办发〔2018〕52号文的影响,规划批复进展放缓,迫使部分城市转向考虑有轨电车等其他公交方式;而城际线的主干线路拟订在未来两年快速扩张,并初步成网。目前,轨道交通发展在规划建设和运营组织等方面仍存在不少问题,但可以从整合规划、运营创新以及支付便利等方面入手,得以有效缓解。
<<The plan-and-construction of railway transportation facilities has been playing an increasingly important role in the development of metropolitan areas. Following the framework of railway transportation classification,this paper suggests two categories in the railway network of the Great Bay Area,namely “urban line” and “intercity line” from the perspective of geographical space and service audience. This paper also summaries the planning,construction,and completion of urban and intercity lines in three major areas. Since 2018,a series of changes have taken place in the railway transportation in the Great Bay Area. The construction of urban line has been affected by an official notice(File Number 52) issued by the State Council in 2018,and the process of the approving has consequently slowed down,pushing some cities to turn to other transportation means like trams. The main routes of the intercity line are scheduled to expand rapidly in the next two years,and a network will take shape soon. At present,there are still many problems in the development of railway transportation with respect to planning,construction,and operation organizations. However,all can be effectively mitigated and solved through integration planning,operational innovation,and convenient payment.
