Guangdong，Hong Kong，and Macao have fully comprehended the strategic intentions of the construction of the Great Bay Area，substantively taken the main responsibilities，and actively coordinated and cooperated with each other. Relevant departments of the central government have focused on key issues，strengthened policy supports，and implemented policies and measures to support the development of the Greater Bay Area. Guangdong Province has regarded the construction of the Great Bay Area as a “guidance” to promote the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area with efforts from the whole province and has made remarkable progress in terms of enhancing rules，technological innovation，coordinating fiscal and taxation policies，talents exchange，and education collaboration.
