基于2004年、2009年和2013年的工业企业数据库数据，运用ESDA方法和地理探测器从县域层面对河南省的制造业空间格局和影响因素进行探究。结果发现有三：一是河南省制造业呈现明显集聚，且县区产值空间分异明显。洛阳—郑州—许昌的连线上形成高值集聚区；在洛宁、栾川至固始、新县的西北—东南连线上，同时形成大面积低值集聚区。二是河南省制造业发展过程契合“点—轴”空间结构系统发展的特点。以洛阳市、郑州市和许昌市市区等地为核心点，沿陇海线—京广线两条交通要道，在三个核心点区间段形成发展轴线，最终形成“横折”格局。三是河南省制造业空间布局受到市场、交通和产业基础的显著影响，劳动力成本影响较小，政府在其中发挥着较大促进作用。
<<Based on the data of industrial enterprise database in 2004，2009 and 2013，this paper explores the spatial pattern and influencing factors of manufacturing industry in Henan Province from the county level by using ESDA method and geographic detector. The results show that：① the manufacturing industry in Henan Province shows obvious agglomeration，and the spatial differentiation of output value is obvious. The high value cluster area is formed on the line between Luoyang Zhengzhou Xuchang，and large area of low value cluster area is formed on the line from Luoning，Luanchuan to Gushi and Xinxian. ②The development process of manufacturing industry in Henan province accords with the characteristics of “point axis” spatial structure system. With Luoyang City，Zhengzhou City and Xuchang City as the core points，along the Longhai railway line and JingGuang railway line，the development axis is formed in the three core point sections. ③The spatial distribution of manufacturing industry in Henan Province is significantly affected by the market，transportation and industrial base，and the labor cost is less affected，among which the government plays a greater role in promoting.
