Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the comprehensive rule of law has been included in the “four comprehensive” strategic layout. In the new era，Henan continues to promote the comprehensive administration of the province in accordance with the law，and steadily advances in scientific legislation，strict law enforcement，fair justice，and law-abiding of the whole people. However，the task of preventing and resolving all kinds of risks and contradictions in accordance with the law is still very important，and the judicial credibility still needs to be further improved. This paper analyzes and interprets the top 10 hot events or cases of rule of law in Henan Province in 2019，so as to drive all undertakings of the province to carry out according to law，and provide a strong legal guarantee for winning a comprehensive well-off society and making Henan Province more brilliant.
