It is conducive to creating a good business environment for enterprises，mobilizing the enthusiasm of the public for innovation，and improving the overall image of Henan. In recent years，Henan’s intellectual property rights protection has been continuously strengthened，and its effectiveness has been obvious，but there are also some problems. In order to promote the construction of a strong intellectual property province and create a good legal business environment，Henan should further improve and strengthen the rule of law for intellectual property rights in the areas of legislation，law enforcement，justice and law-abiding on the basis of past achievements. So as to contribute more wisdom to make the strategic goals of the province come true as early as possible.
