In 2019，the service industry in Fengxian accelerated its development and its scale continued to grow，which played an important role for the total economy. From January to September in 2019，the added value of the service industry in Fengxian is 29.81 billion yuan，increase of 7.4% by year over year，accounting for 46.4% of the total industry；the tax revenue of service industry is 17.304 billion yuan，an increase of 4.4% by year over year，accounting for 42.21% of the total industry，which was lower than last year. This was mainly due to the sharp decline of tax revenue in information transmission，software and information technology services. The investment in fixed assets of service industry was 27.64 billion yuan，an increase of 20.6% by year over year，accounting for more than 50% of the whole industry，up to 79.68%. From the perspective of segmentation industry，the wholesale and retail industry grew steadily，the real estate market resumed growth，and the securities market began to pick up. It is expected that in 2020，the consumer goods market in fengxian will rise steadily，the real estate market maintained a rapid growth，and the financial market gradually heated up after adjustment.
