In recent years，the welfare lottery’s public welfare fund has done a lot of work in helping disabled people return to society and employment. Through rehabilitation，study aid and employment assistance projects，the welfare lottery has brought more and more disabled people back to society and self-reliance. Through a number of cases，this paper sorts out the design and development of the welfare lottery related disability project in China，and the effect of the project. It proposes to help the disabled to stand on their own feet and provide accurate assistance.
