The year 2018 is an important year of making major reform in higher vocational education of China. Higher vocational education has occupied half of China higher education，and the model has gradual maturity. The attraction for students continues to increase and the foundation of vocational education has been consolidated. International influence is expanding day by day. This paper suggests that higher vocational education should further strengthen the construction of the national vocational qualification framework and further deepen the integration of production and education in order to better solve the contradiction between the high-quality economic development and the supply of high-skilled human resources in the new era.
