    中国应用型本科教育发展报告

    摘要

    基于地方本科院校数量和招生规模,应用型本科教育是中国本科教育的主体。对国家教学成果奖获奖项目进行分析,可以发现部分高校已自发开展多年应用型本科教育实践。为发展应用型本科教育,地方政府颁布各项政策以推进地方高校开展试点改革,形成了职业教育和应用型本科教育一体化、产教融合、国际合作等多样化人才培养模式;地方本科高校组建各种类型联盟,合作统筹资源,深化应用型本科教育实践。然而,院校分类发展、政策目标与政策实施背离以及合作联盟重形式轻内容阻碍了应用型本科教育的发展。如何发展应用型本科教育,需要立足渐进发展方式,加强人才培养专业规范化以及组合设计应用型本科教育政策。

    Abstract

    Application-oriented undergraduate education is the main part of undergraduate education in China based on the number of local colleges and universities and their enrollment scale. Some universities have spontaneously implemented application-oriented undergraduate education for many years through the analysis of the National Teaching Achievement Award. In order to develop applied undergraduate education,the local government promulgated various policies to promote the pilot reform that formed a diversified talent training model,such as the integration of vocational education and application-oriented undergraduate education,the fusion of industry and education,and international cooperation. Local colleges and universities formed various types of alliances to coordinate resources,to deepen the practice of application-oriented undergraduate education. However,the development of application-oriented undergraduate education is hindered by the classification of colleges and universities,the deviation of policy objectives and policy implementation,and the surface cooperative alliances. It is argued that we should focus on gradual development,strengthening the professional standardization of talent training model and combining the applied undergraduate education policy are the future development direction of applied undergraduate education.
