    中国原创手游成功模式研究——以《列王的纷争》为例(2008~2018)

    摘要

    2018年是中国游戏产业转折之年,也是产业环境企稳优化改革之年。2018年中国游戏产业呈现行业增速放缓、海外游戏市场保持快速增长、中国游戏用户结构优化、中国二次元移动游戏市场表现良好等特点。在中国自主研发的游戏中,原创手机游戏《列王的纷争》在全球手游市场上吸引了大量的玩家,取得了惊人的成绩,成为中国手游国际贸易的典范。本报告通过分析《列王的纷争》成功的内因,即资本市场的资金支持、游戏内购的商业模式、对手机游戏需求市场的洞悉以及公司正确的发行策略,指出《列王的纷争》的成功模式不仅为其开发商智明星通公司带来了巨大的经济效益,也给其他中国手游企业进行国际贸易带来了信心,为中国手游未来的发展提供了成功的经验借鉴。

    Abstract

    2018 is a turning year for China’s game industry,as well as a year of stable and optimized industrial environment reform. In 2018,China’s game industry has shown the characteristics of slowing down the growth rate of the industry,maintaining rapid growth of overseas game market,optimizing the structure of Chinese game users,and good performance of China’s secondary mobile game market. Among the Games independently developed by China,the original mobile game “Clash of Kings” has attracted a large number of players in the global mobile game market and achieved amazing results. It has become a model of international mobile game trade in China. This paper analyses the internal causes of the success of the “Clash of Kings”,including the financial support of the capital market,the business model of in-game purchasing,the insight into the market of mobile game demand and the company’s correct issuance strategies. The successful model of “Clash of Kings” has not only brought huge economic benefits to its developer,ELEX,but also brought confidence to other Chinese mobile game companies in international trade,and provided successful experience for the future development of mobile game in China.
