Book copyright trade is an important part of cultural trade. China’s book copyright trade still has some deficiencies in its development over the years. As a state-owned enterprise，China Educational Publications Import and Export Corporation has outstanding achievements in book copyright trade. The research on its copyright trade mode can enrich the experience of copyright trade in China to a certain extent，and innovate the traditional publishing form，bringing more progress. Based on the achievements of China Educational Publications Import and Export Corporation in type literature and children’s book publishing，this paper analyzes its practical characteristics and successful experiences，and puts forward the thinking and prospects for China’s future book market.
