本报告通过对2018年北京文化旅游服务贸易发展的政策、数据和资料进行整理,分析当前北京市文化旅游服务贸易发展的现状、问题,并提出对策建议。2018年北京市文化旅游服务贸易呈现消费基础持续夯实、文化旅游空间格局加速形成、文化旅游深度融合发展、文化旅游政策协调加速推进的现状。然而在大力发展文化旅游的同时,北京市仍旧面临以下几点问题,即文化旅游知名品牌缺失、评估体系建设有待完善、缺乏企业主体、产业链开发不足和区域协同效果有待提升。对此,本报告提出应培育具有创新意识且善于运用资源的综合型人才,加紧建立全域旅游统计体系,加强文化旅游龙头企业规划建设,提高文化旅游协同能力,完善文化旅游产业链五大发展对策建议。
<<By sorting out the policies,data and data of the development of Beijing’s cultural tourism service trade in 2018,this paper analyses the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of Beijing’s cultural tourism service trade. In 2018,Beijing’s cultural tourism service trade presents the status quo of continuous consolidation of consumption base,acceleration of formation of cultural tourism spatial pattern,development of cultural tourism deep integration housing,and acceleration of cultural tourism policy coordination. However,while vigorously developing cultural tourism,Beijing still faces the following problems:the lack of well-known brand of cultural tourism,the construction of evaluation system to be improved,the lack of business entities,the inadequacy of industrial chain development and regional synergy effect to be improved. In this regard,this paper puts forward five development countermeasures and suggestions:cultivating innovative talents who are good at using resources,accelerating the establishment of a global tourism statistics system,strengthening the planning and construction of leading enterprises in cultural tourism,improving the synergistic ability of cultural tourism,and perfecting the industrial chain of cultural tourism.
