Talent is the key to rural revitalization. In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in Henan，talents have played an important role and made great contributions. However，the quantity and quality of rural talent development are far from being able to adapt to the needs of rural revitalization. We must innovate the institutional mechanisms for rural talents，fully stimulate the vitality of existing talents in the countryside，and lead more talents to rural innovation and entrepreneurship.
