In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy，Henan Province has actively implemented the concept of green development. The green development of agriculture and rural areas has achieved certain results，but there are also some problems. To lead the rural revitalization with green development，we need to start from the aspects of ideological concepts，agricultural non-point source pollution prevention，ecological environmental protection，rural human settlements，and green development system，to further improve the green development level，and accelerate the rural ecological revitalization.
