    祁连山水源涵养功能及其变化研究(1956~2018)

    摘要

    祁连山是我国重要的生态屏障及生态功能保护区,是我国西部多个内陆河流域,如黑河流域、石羊河流域、疏勒河流域、青海湖流域等水源发源地,对维护区域及国家生态安全具有极其重要的作用。然而,长期以来祁连山生态环境问题突出,水源涵养功能衰退,严重威胁区域社会经济可持续发展及国家“一带一路”倡议的顺利实施。因此,在不同时空尺度上,针对大气—植被—土壤系统多交互过程的系统研究对于深刻认识祁连山水源涵养功能及其对未来气候变化的响应规律及调控机制具有极其重要的意义。截至2019年,祁连山水源涵养监测工作存在监测范围小、监测技术薄弱、监测对象单一、没有形成综合完善的监测网络体系等问题,建设涵盖森林、草地等生态要素的多尺度、网络化、立体化的祁连山生态环境动态监测体系极为必要。受气候变化过程、植被类型、植被结构等多种因素变化的影响,祁连山地区植被—土壤—水分三维空间结构及水储量格局关系将发生显著改变。祁连山水源涵养功能可持续发展需要从推进法律法规建设、构建监管体系、引导企业转型、实施生态治理措施等途径入手,实现其良性循环。

    Abstract

    Qilian Mountain is an important ecological barrier and ecological function protection area in China. It is the origin of water sources in many inland river basins in western China,such as Heihe River Basin,Shiyang River Basin,Shule River Basin,Qinghai Lake Basin,etc. Ecological security has an extremely important role to play. However,the problem of ecological environment in Qilian Mountain has been prominent for a long time,and the function of water conservation has declined,which seriously threatens the sustainable development of regional social economy and the smooth implementation of the national “One Belt,One Road” strategy. Therefore,systematic research on the multi-interaction process of the atmosphere-vegetation-soil system at different time and space scales is of great significance for a deep understanding of the Qilian Mountain water conservation function and its response to future climate change and its regulation mechanism. At present,the Qilian Mountain water source conservation monitoring work has small monitoring scope,weak monitoring technology,single monitoring object,and no comprehensive monitoring network system. It is a multi-scale,networked and three-dimensional Qilian Mountain covering ecological elements such as forests and grasslands. The ecological environment dynamic monitoring system is extremely necessary. Affected by changes in various factors such as climate change process,vegetation type and vegetation structure,the relationship between vegetation-soil-water three-dimensional structure and water reserve pattern in Qilian Mountain will change significantly. The sustainable development of the water conservation function of Qilian Mountain needs to start from the promotion of laws and regulations,the construction of a supervision system,the guidance of enterprise transformation,and the implementation of ecological governance measures to achieve a virtuous circle.
