In 2018，the integration of the Yangtze River Delta has risen to a national strategy. Under the continuous efforts of the three provinces and one city，the service industry has achieved better and faster development. The performance of the service industry continued to increase，the growth rate of fixed asset investment picked up，and the ability to promote employment was further enhanced. In terms of industries，the wholesale and retail industry，the real estate industry，the financial industry，the transportation，warehousing and postal industries，and the tourism industry all performed well，and various provinces and cities also showed different characteristics. Looking forward to 2019，from the perspective of the domestic and international development environment，there are still many complex uncertainties. The overall performance is both machine and challenge，and the future development of the service industry is still expected. The recovery of the manufacturing industry may have a certain impact on the proportion of the service industry，but the general trend of the overall industry shift from two to three will not change. With the strengthening of inter-regional cooperation，the new service industry of new modes and new formats will grow rapidly，and the division of labor across the regional industry chain of services will be further strengthened.
