In this regard，in order to repair the fragile ecological environment of Qilian Mountain，the state will migrate the people who have lost their living conditions or seriously affected the ecological restoration，so that the fragile ecological environment can breathe. However，ecological migration makes the protection of ecology and human development separate，which is contrary to the harmonious unity of man and nature. It is recommended that the areas where ecological immigrants have to be implemented should ensure the living standards of the displaced people，help the displaced people to integrate into the modern society，and solve their worries；for other localities，the “community management” mechanism and the protected areas can be implemented in the national parks. The methods of transforming the indigenous people into “ecological people” to the maximum extent，so that farmers and herdsmen can participate in the ecological environment protection；for the construction of ecological environment projects，it is necessary to learn from the construction，and the outdated fences in some areas should be demolished in time；By 2019，ecological migration and its follow-up work are being carried out in an orderly manner，and remarkable progress has been made in the construction of ecological projects.
