国家体育产业示范基地是我国重点培育的体育产业国家队，近年来，示范基地体育产业规模不断扩大、产业质量不断提升、产业基础不断夯实、经济地位稳步提升、社会贡献逐渐凸显、产业体系逐步健全、管理体系趋于完善，呈现良好的发展态势，但也存在空间布局失衡、品牌影响力不够、产业融合程度较低等问题。随着国家体育产业示范基地向高质量发展目标迈进，牢固树立和深入贯彻“五大”发展理念，使创新成为第一动力、协调成为行动先导、开放成为必由之路、共享成为主攻方向、绿色成为普遍形态，必将成为破解国家体育产业示范基地发展难题、厚植发展优势的必然方向。

As the cultivation focus of spots industry in China，National Sports Industry Demonstration Bases present satisfactory development trending recent years. With gradual enlargement of industry scale，unceasing improvement of industry quality，constant consolidation of industry base，steady improvement of economic status，progressive amplification of industry system，and perfect tendency of management system of the sports industry in demonstration base，National Sports Industry Demonstration Bases have started to make notable contributions to society. However，problems like imbalance of spatial layout，weak brand influence，and low industrial integration still exist. Guided by the goal of high-quality development，approaches to solving the development problems and utilizing the advantages of the National Sports Industry Demonstration Bases are put forward. It includes firm establishment and thorough implementation of the “five major” development concepts，prioritization of innovation，initiation of coordination，perseverance in openness，targeting of sharing，and promotion of environment friendliness.
