By the end of 2009，there are above 226.6 million elders with Beijing Domiciles，and the resident elderly population totaled 2633000.Facing the increasingly serious ageing trend，the Beijing municipal government successively promulgated“Eleven Preferential Policies on the elderly”in 2009，and the“Beijing Citizens Old-Age（Disabled）Home Care Service Approach”（also known as“Nine-Support”Approach）in 2010.Community-based Housing Support as a new model of social pension system，has been initially established in Beijing.However，This model is still exist many difficulties and problems in the course of execution.Starting point of demand and supply of Community-based Housing Support，this paper analyzes the development plight of the mode，and put forward suggestions to further improving the model.
