With the increasing living standard of residents in the capital city，the increasing number of aging people and the newly-born in the past few years，there is a bad need of domestic servants among residents.However，the market is short of such servants，which is reflected by the limited number and shortcomings in structure.The thesis proposed a task to promote the employment of domestic servants by analyzing the problems in domestic service in Beijing，its employment and the future of its employment based on a conclusion of the history，the category of domestic service，the efforts employed by and the achievements acquired by Beijing.
